From the first time homebuyer to the refinance customer, we offer an abundance of product options to suit each different financial situation. Our Programs
You, the borrower, agree to pay a non-refundable application fee of $405.00 at time of application.
If the loan does not get approved, through no fault of your own, the full application fee will be refunded.
If the loan cannot close under the loan terms you had originally agreed to on the initial Loan Estimate, the full application fee will be refunded. (i.e. - Low appraisal causes a price adjustment)
If you, the borrower, voluntarily withdraw your application or your application is closed due to incompleteness, the application fee remains non-refundable.
